Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email support@neutralclothing.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions on how to send it back.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, please indicate this when starting your return — we'll process it as an exchange where stock allows.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and underwear are not eligible for return.
